Trueline Talent is seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent with extensive field leadership experience to manage industrial, commercial, and institutional electrical construction projects. This 100% travel role requires overseeing crews, coordinating resources, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman Electrician license, 15+ years in electrical construction, and a proven track record in supervision.

Qualifications

• Significant electrical construction leadership experience.
• Strong ability to lead crews and coordinate field production.
• Excellent communication and safety leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on industrial, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Oversee Foremen and crews, up to 30–35 field employees.
• Plan work around schedules and read electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Ensure NEC compliance and safety requirements on site.
• Travel full time to project sites and mentor field leaders.
