Job summary

Amteck is seeking Traveling Electrical Service Superintendents to lead teams of Electricians and Apprentices on projects across the country. This role offers long-term opportunities, benefits, and a 401K with travel‑based responsibilities.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of electrical experience, the ability to read blueprints, and proven supervisory skills on commercial/industrial sites. Training for low voltage and controls is available, with additional perks for travel and overtime.

Qualifications

10+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites.
Master Electrician License preferred.
Ability to install conduit, wire and cable systems as required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to install and terminate panels, switchboards and other electrical equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on faulty circuits, equipment or systems.
OSHA10 preferred but not required.
Conveyer/press experience preferred but not required.
Experience supervising a team of 5-10.

Responsibilities

Travel to projects across the country to lead teams of Electricians and Apprentices.
Supervise a team of 5-10 electricians on site.
Oversee installation, wiring, and panel termination.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits and equipment on site.
Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet schedule and safety standards.
