Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field personnel and manage installation, additions, and repairs of electrical systems on assigned projects. You will report to the Project Manager and travel as needed.

The role requires strong industrial/commercial electrical background, NEC knowledge, OSHA 30, and the ability to lead teams, manage time, safety reporting, and customer communication. A Journeyman electrician and apprenticeship completion are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; journeyman electrician with apprenticeship is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years electrical experience in industrial/commercial construction; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license.
• OSHA 30 certification; CPR/First Aid trained.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field personnel, including orientation, timekeeping, daily reports, safety reports, accident reports, and disciplinary reports.
• May function as Site Safety Representative for the project.
• Plan the job using the bid estimate as a guideline; organize for efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure materials are ordered and received on time to meet the work schedule.
• Work with Fabrication to maximize labor savings on field materials and installation.
• Maintain personal tools as directed by Leadership.
• Read and comply with all safety and company guidelines; enforce them with the team.
