Job summary

Ace Electric seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field personnel for electrical installations, additions, and repairs on diverse projects. This traveling role reports to the Project Manager and requires coordinating safety, daily reports, and labor planning across sites.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in industrial/commercial electrical work, Journeyman status or equivalent apprenticeship, and strong NEC knowledge. Travel, on-site leadership, and OSHA 30 required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' electrical experience in industrial or commercial construction.
• Journeyman license or completion of an Apprenticeship Program.
• Must be able to travel and work on a rotating on-call basis.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all field personnel for the project, including orientation, timekeeping, daily/safety reports, and disciplinary actions.
• May serve as Site Safety Representative for the project.
• Plan jobs efficiently using bid estimates as a guideline and ensure timely material ordering and delivery.
• Collaborate with Fabrication to optimize labor savings on field installations.
