Canam Industrial Solutions is searching for a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical activities on complex installation projects in various environments. This full-time role requires strong leadership, with responsibilities spanning from supervising field staff to ensuring compliance with safety and installation standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years in electrical construction, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position, and possess a solid understanding of the NEC. The position offers a competitive salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Experience with electrical safety and machine installation safety best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct all electrical field staff and subcontractors.
• Interpret electrical blueprints and ensure installations comply with specifications.
• Manage material and tool deliveries for smooth operations.
• Train and mentor electrical crews, promoting performance and safety.
