Job summary

Canam Industrial Solutions is searching for a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical activities on complex installation projects in various environments. This full-time role requires strong leadership, with responsibilities spanning from supervising field staff to ensuring compliance with safety and installation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Experience with electrical safety and machine installation safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all electrical field staff and subcontractors.
• Interpret electrical blueprints and ensure installations comply with specifications.
• Manage material and tool deliveries for smooth operations.
• Train and mentor electrical crews, promoting performance and safety.
