Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group is seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site supervision of industrial electrical construction projects across client sites in the United States. You will coordinate foremen, journeymen, and apprentices, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget alignment while representing the company on site.

Qualifications

Experience leading industrial electrical crews and projects.
Strong knowledge of safety policies and OSHA-related practices.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and field plans.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, coordinate, and direct all field construction activities per project docs.
Establish execution plans, manpower loading, and performance goals to optimize labor use.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety policies, and client site requirements; lead safety huddles.
