Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a traveling Superintendent/Foreman support for an Advanced Technology project, including Data Centers, with assignments in Austin, TX. The role requires coordinating field labor, overseeing ROJ dates, and working closely with the Deputy Operations Manager to keep critical activities on track.

You will manage field issues, support the QA/QC program, and assist in development of logistics and operational plans while traveling 50%+ of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assignment of Superintendents and Foremen.
• Assign trade field work with project needs.
• Support Superintendent throughout the job.
• Review project schedules and ROJ dates with PMs.
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality or schedule.
• Provide oversight for the development of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Assist in implementation of the QA/QC program.
• Identify Self-Perform opportunities and assist in Self-Perform proposals.
• Manage Self-Perform performance.
• Support safety program implementation with BU Safety Director.
• Assist in training and succession planning for trades.
• Support Business Development, Estimating and Project Executives with operational plans.
• Assist in logistics planning during pre-construction and early project activities.
