Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned project leadership professional for a full-time traveling assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers and related sectors. You will oversee trade labor hire, transfer and layoff, and support Superintendents and Foremen across projects.

Reporting to the Deputy Operations Manager and Operations Manager, you will align field staff with project schedules, develop a Resource Allocation Control System, and contribute to QA/QC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with project needs.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and ROJ dates.
• Document field issues impacting budget, quality or schedule for the project team.
• Oversee development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Guide QA/QC program implementation on site.
• Identify Self-Perform opportunities and assist in proposals.
