Job summary

Amteck is seeking a highly skilled traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead on-site teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time project delivery across assignments.

You will coordinate service work, mentor electricians, inspect sites for OSHA compliance, and liaise with project managers and clients. A journeyman or master license is preferred, and willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with focus on quality results.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders including clients and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, including installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians, troubleshooting complex electrical issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including work orders and inspection reports.
• Train and mentor field technicians, addressing skill gaps through coaching and development initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to keep the team current.
