Job summary

Amteck is seeking a Traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead crews in the field, ensure safety, and drive project success across multiple sites. This role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of installations, repairs, and maintenance while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has an electrical journeyman or master license preferred, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman's or master license preferred but not required.
• Experience in electrical field service and knowledge of electrical systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and mentor technicians.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of electricians in the field and ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments including installations and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Conduct site inspections ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients for successful delivery.
• Maintain documentation of work orders, equipment records, and reports.
• Train and mentor field technicians.
• Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
