Job summary

Amteck is seeking highly skilled traveling Electrical Field Supervisors to lead our team in field service, installations, repairs, and maintenance across projects. You will supervise electricians, ensure safety, and drive project schedules to meet quality standards.

The role requires coordinating service assignments, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with project managers and clients to deliver successful outcomes. Travel and flexible hours are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting guidance to electricians.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
