Job summary

Amteck is seeking a traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead on-site teams, ensure safety, schedule work, and maintain quality across multiple projects.

You will mentor electricians, coordinate with project managers and clients, perform site inspections, and document activities while staying current with codes and OSHA standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the flexibility to travel as projects require.

Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to supervise and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, including installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians; troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including work orders and inspection reports.
• Train and mentor field technicians, addressing skill gaps through coaching and development.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to keep the team current.
