Job summary

Amteck is seeking a traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead crews in the field, ensure safety, schedule work, and deliver high-quality electrical solutions on projects.

Responsibilities include guiding electricians, coordinating service assignments, inspecting sites for OSHA compliance, and collaborating with project managers and clients to maintain schedule and customer satisfaction. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electricians in the field and enforce safety and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Inspect worksites for OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to maintain schedule and satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation of service activities.
• Train and mentor field technicians.
• Stay current with industry codes and regulations.
