Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman's or master's license preferred but not required.
• Experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including clients and project managers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians, troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation of service activities, work orders, and inspections.
• Train and mentor field technicians, addressing skill gaps through coaching.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations.
