Amteck is seeking a traveling Electrical Field Supervisor to lead a crew of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules and quality. You will coordinate service assignments, provide technical guidance, and maintain site documentation.

Qualifications

• Active electrical journeyman’s or master’s license preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in electrical field service or related roles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians in the field, ensuring safety, schedules, and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule service assignments, including installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including work orders and inspections.
• Train and mentor field technicians, addressing skill gaps through coaching.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
