Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to provide leadership and supervision for electrical projects in commercial and industrial sectors. You will oversee safe installations, alterations, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment, while managing field teams toward on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction, with experience supervising 20+ personnel and coordinating with owners, engineers, and contractors on site.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• Four or more years of field supervision/management experience.
• Education or experience aligned with industrial/commercial electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to manage teams of electricians and complete projects on time and within budget.
• Lead crews including apprentices and journeypersons, delegate tasks, and align with project goals.
• Lay out work and schedule materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope and schedule.
• Oversee field installations, trade contractors, and safety compliance on site.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, costs, time constraints, and quality standards.
• Perform annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel.
