Job summary

You will manage field crews, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure safety and quality, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. Travel is required, and successful candidates will have completed an electrical apprenticeship with 6+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of electrical apprenticeship; 6+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large electrical projects, delivering on time and within budget.
• Direct and supervise field crews of 25+ workers, setting performance goals.
• Oversee on-site safety, budget, schedule, and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Review project documents and direct installation activities per specs.
• Complete foreman logs, time cards, and PO logs promptly.
• Ensure proper resource management of tools, equipment, and personnel.
• Report to Field Supervisor or Project Manager and liaise with support teams.
