Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program.
• 4+ years of field supervision/management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for electrical projects in commercial and industrial sectors.
• Oversee and coordinate field crews, typically 20+ employees, to meet goals on time and within budget.
• Lay out work, schedule materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope and schedule.
• Review project documents and ensure compliance with plans and specs; resolve issues.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and adherence to SOPs and budgets.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Accounting, HR, and project staff; engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure licensing and training requirements are maintained.
