Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. seeks a Lead Electrician to manage installations, alterations, additions, and repairs across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will oversee on-site safety, coordinate field personnel, and ensure projects meet budget, time, and quality standards while following NEC codes.

Responsibilities include directing a crew of 1–6, reviewing drawings, and maintaining client relationships. Strong leadership, communication, and safety discipline are required.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson level electrical skills and knowledge.
• Commitment to safety standards (OSHA) and site rules.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates acceptable Company work practices.
• Cultivates relationships with managers, supervisors, customers, and fellow employees.
• Oversees and develops a team of 1–6 Helpers, Apprentices, and/or Journeypersons.
• Conducts meetings and huddles to meet project objectives and schedules.
• Ensures crew reports to the job site on time and on plan.
