RIDE Mobility seeks an Electrical Transit Bus Trainer to deliver hands-on technical training across locations. You will educate operators and maintenance staff on electric bus systems, safety, and best practices, with substantial travel to transit sites and facilities.

The role emphasizes curriculum development, on-site demonstrations, and knowledge transfer to ensure competency in battery management, propulsion, and charging infrastructure, while maintaining safety standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with electric transit buses (electrical systems, propulsion, charging).
• Experience in technical training or mentoring is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of EV systems: DC/AC, BMS, inverters, charging, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-person training sessions on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electric transit buses, focusing on electrical systems and charging.
• Develop, update, and enhance training materials and manuals for entry-level and advanced learners.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during training events; address participant questions.
