Job summary

RIDE Mobility in Pasadena, CA is seeking a hardworking Technical Training Manager for the Customer Service Department to lead design and delivery of technical training programs for our electric vehicle lineup, including operators, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders. You will develop courses, manage LMS, train new hires, measure results, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve service quality and efficiency.

Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Technical Training Manager or similar role.
• Proven leadership and ability to work in varied environments.
• Experience developing technical course content and using LMS/web-based platforms.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical terms simply.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills gap analyses for individuals and teams.
• Develop and deliver technical training courses and materials.
• Coordinate product training and demo simulations.
• Oversee LMS implementation and vendor selection.
• Ensure new hires receive essential technical training and certification.
• Measure training impact on job performance.
• Act as main communication point between customers and Customer Service.
