Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is hiring a Digital Skills Instructor to run digital literacy workshops for staff and community members. The role requires travel within a 10-county territory, with home offices in Canton, OH or Middleburg Heights, OH.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching, coaching, or training in digital skills.
• Clear communication with participants, colleagues, and community partners.
• Able to document program activities in written reports and other media.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and on a team.
• Able to learn Goodwill's learning management platform and client case management system.

Responsibilities

• Create curriculums and learning objectives on a wide range of digital skills
• Run workshops and trainings across Goodwill's ten-county territory
• Write clear, user-friendly instructional materials
• Adapt teaching to learners of different skill levels and needs, and help participants one-on-one
• Complete skill assessments
• Collect, analyze, and track participant data
• Do outreach to explain available services
• Oversee the Mobile Tech Learning Lab (MTLL)
• Attend required meetings and trainings
• Follow all safety and confidentiality policies
