Qualifications

Responsibilities

• View, manage, and check daily appointments in scheduling tool.
• Enroll and issue PIV/Smart IDs, PAC Cards, and Access Cards.
• Perform card rekey, pin reset, and card updates.
• Maintain Credential Inventory Tool (CIT) logs and inventories.
• Coordinate with employees for card pickup and activation.
• Prepare and issue Pocket Commission credentials; collect and return cards.
