Job summary

ARMADA LTD is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to support IRS credentialing sites, manage appointments, and issue SmartID/PAC/Access Cards. You will work with USAccess and ICAM processes, travel nation-wide, and handle credentialing duties with accuracy.

The role requires data entry, reporting, and coordinating with security teams. Full-time on-site role in Bloomington, IL with potential shifts and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must complete online credentialing training and maintain PIV-II requirements.
• Knowledge of ICAM and USAccess credentialing processes.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for onsite credentialing operations.
• Experience with USAccess Registrar training or comparable credentialing program.
• High attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• View, manage, and check daily appointments in time trade scheduling tool.
• Enrollment and issuance of Identification Cards including PIV/Smart IDs, PAC Cards.
• Perform Certificate Rekey, PIN Reset, and Card Update.
• Maintain card inventory and log cards in the Credential Inventory Tool (CIT).
• Contact employees to schedule pick-up and activation of SmartID.
• Issue PAC Cards and Access Cards.
• Travel up to 40% to support IRS credentialing and activation efforts.
• Take photos, capture digital signatures, and assemble Pocket Commission inserts and ID media duties.
• Perform Registrar and Activator duties as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
