Job summary

Armada LTD is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to support IRS credentialing sites, manage appointments, issue PIV/Smart IDs, and coordinate nationwide travel as needed. You will work under ARMADA HQ and ensure compliance with federal credentialing standards while handling PKI-related media and reporting tasks.

The role requires ability to travel up to 40% of time, strong customer service skills, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for credentialing operations.
• Ability to complete online credentialing training and maintain compliance.
• Knowledge of PII handling and federal credentialing policies.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• View, manage, and check daily appointments in time trade scheduling tool.
• Enroll and issue Identification Cards (PIV/Smart IDs, PAC/Access cards) and activate SmartID cards.
• Perform Certificate Rekey, PIN Reset, and Card Update.
• Maintain card inventory and log cards in the Credential Inventory Tool (CIT).
• Schedule pick-up and activation of SmartID cards for employees/contractors.
• Issue PAC Cards and Access Cards; handle terminations per policy.
• Travel up to 40% to support IRS credentialing and activation efforts.
• Capture photos, digital signatures, and assemble Pocket Commission inserts as directed.
