Job summary

ARMADA, Ltd. is seeking a Credentialing Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to manage daily credentialing appointments and issuance of PIV/Smart IDs, PAC, and Access Cards.

You will perform enrollment tasks, card rekey, PIN resets, and card updates while logging all activity in the Credential Inventory Tool. The role requires the ability to travel nationwide to support onsite credentialing operations and occasional shift work.

Qualifications

• Must have USAccess Registrar/Activator training or equivalent credentialing program.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and submitting required reports and documentation per procedures.
• Willingness to travel nationwide to support onsite credentialing operations.

Responsibilities

• View, manage, and check daily appointments in scheduling tool.
• Enroll and issue Identification Cards (PIV/Smart IDs, PAC/Access Cards).
• Perform certificate rekey, PIN reset, and card updates.
• Log cards in Credential Inventory Tool (CIT) and store cards securely.
• Coordinate with employees/contractors to schedule pickup and activation of SmartID, PAC, and Access Cards.
• Issue and return terminated credentials to Security Officer for destruction.
• Maintain logs of issued/collected cards and perform Registrar/Activator duties as needed.
• Perform Card Custodian duties and mail SmartID Cards to activation operators.
• Capture photos, digital signatures, and assemble Pocket Commission inserts as directed by ICAM.
• Travel up to 40% of annual hours to support IRS credentialing efforts; may require shift work.
