Job summary

ARMADA is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to support government credentialing sites using USAccess and ICAM systems. You will handle enrollment, issuance of PIV/Smart IDs, PAC/Access cards, and manage daily appointments and reporting. The role requires travel up to 40% and successful background checks.

The position is contingent upon award and requires working across multiple sites with standard and off-shift hours to meet mission needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to complete required online credentialing training and maintain compliance with PIV-II SmartID credential requirements.
• Knowledge of ICAM and USAccess credentialing processes, including enrollment, activation, and verification procedures.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide to support onsite credentialing operations as mission needs require.

Responsibilities

• View, manage, and check daily appointments in time trade scheduling tool.
• Perform enrollment and issuance of Identification Cards including PIV/Smart IDs and PAC Cards.
• Card inventory logging and storage in secure containers; activate SmartID and issue PAC/Access Cards.
• Communicate credential status to applicants; generate site reports daily.
