Qualifications

• Experience with USAccess Registrar/Activator or a comparable credentialing program.
• Experience preparing and submitting required reports and documentation per procedures.
• Willingness to travel nationwide to support onsite credentialing operations.

Responsibilities

• View, manage, and check daily appointments in time trade scheduling tool.
• Enroll and issue IDs including PIV/Smart IDs, PAC Cards; activate SmartID.
• Perform Certificate Rekey, PIN Reset, and Card Update.
• Maintain card inventory and log cards in the Credential Inventory Tool (CIT).
• Contact employees to schedule pick-up and activation of SmartID/PAC Cards.
• Travel up to 40% to support IRS credentialing operations; shift variations may apply.
