Job summary

ARMADA LTD is seeking a Credentialing Specialist in Atlanta, GA to support government credentialing sites using the USAccess system. The role requires traveling up to 40% and performing enrollment, issuance of PIV/Smart IDs, PAC and Access Cards, and daily site operations.

The position is full-time with on-site duties, reporting to ARMADA HQ, and contingent upon award of a government contract. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with or ability to complete credentialing training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• View, manage, and check daily appointments in scheduling tool.
• Enroll and issue IDs including PIV/Smart IDs and PAC/Access cards.
• Perform certificate rekey, PIN reset, and card updates.
• Maintain card inventory and log in CIT.
• Contact employees to schedule pick-up and activation of SmartID.
• Issue PAC and Access Cards; return terminated credentials.
• Log cards issued and collected.
• Travel up to 40% to support credentialing duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
