Job summary

ARMADA LTD is seeking Credentialing Specialists to support IRS credentialing sites using USAccess and other credentialing tools. The role requires travel up to 40% of the year and may include various shifts to cover day, night, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities include enrollment and issuance of IDs, managing appointments, and maintaining credentialing equipment and records. A high school diploma is required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to complete online credentialing training and maintain compliance with PIV-II SmartID requirements.
• Knowledge of ICAM and USAccess credentialing processes including enrollment, activation, and verification.
• Willingness to travel nationwide to support onsite credentialing operations.

Responsibilities

• View, manage, and check daily appointments in time trade scheduling tool.
• Perform enrollment and issuance of Identification Cards including PIV/Smart IDs.
• Perform certificate rekey, pin reset, and card updates.
• Maintain card inventory using the Credential Inventory Tool (CIT).
• Contact employees and contractors to schedule pick‑up and activation of SmartID cards.
• Issue PAC and Access Cards; return terminated credentials for destruction.
• Keep logs of cards issued and collected; perform registrar and activator duties.
• Travel up to 40% of annual hours to support IRS credentialing and activation efforts.
