Job summary

The PUSH team is seeking a Superintendent for our utility construction projects in Montana. You will lead and mentor Foreman and crews, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, customers, and engineers to meet project requirements.

Travel is 100% to job sites, and you will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, contract understanding, and reporting to the Fleet Manager.

Qualifications

• Five years supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meeting or exceeding safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Direct and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion within budgets.
• Staff projects, recruit and promote career growth.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline, and evaluations.
• Recruit subcontractors for approval.
• Plan and schedule projects to meet deadlines.
• Monitor project performance and address issues.
• Review time, reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
