Job summary

Push Inc. is seeking a seasoned Superintendent in Wisdom, MT to oversee telecom infrastructure projects. You will mentor foremen and crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity meet or exceed customer requirements.

Extensive travel is required to manage field operations and crews across multiple sites. The role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on supervision with a proven track record in utility construction.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience in a utility construction setting.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and discipline.
• Coordinate subcontractors for approval and manage change orders.
• Pre-plan mobilization of crews, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain daily project logs and ensure documentation accuracy.
