Job summary

PUSH is seeking a Superintendent to manage telecom and utility construction projects. You will mentor foremen and crews, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while building strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and engineers.

You will staff projects, coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and maintain accurate time and paperwork. Extensive travel is required, with responsibilities spanning multiple sites and budgets.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Ability to supervise crews and foremen to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to travel 100% and work away from home for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time project completion within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage subcontractors for selection and coordination.
• Plan and schedule projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and quality controls.
• Review daily time, invoices, and purchase orders; maintain project logs.
