Job summary

Push Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to oversee projects, mentor Foreman and crews, and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability meet customer requirements. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and engineers.

Responsibilities include staffing, recruiting, evaluating performance, planning, scheduling, and managing change orders to keep projects on time and within budget. Travel and outdoor work are required.

Qualifications

• Five years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Demonstrated field experience with digging operations in city and rural areas.
• Experience operating equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion and budget goals.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and retain employees while promoting career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit subcontractors for approval and manage change orders.
• Plan, schedule, and mobilize crews and equipment to meet deadlines.
• Monitor project performance and resolve issues related to productivity, safety, and quality.
• Review daily time, invoices, purchase orders, and project paperwork.
• Maintain daily project logs and report to Fleet Manager; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
