Job summary

JKL Associates, a Division of PUSH, is seeking a Superintendent to lead utility construction projects, mentor Foreman and crews, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability. This role requires coordinating with crews, subcontractors, customers, and Engineers across diverse conditions.

The ideal candidate will have substantial supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and a track record of managing schedules, budgets, and change orders while maintaining excellent relationships with

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in a utility construction setting.
• Strong leadership to mentor Foreman and crews and manage staffing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Direct and mentor crews to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Handle employee relations, recognition, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage change orders and project docs.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor projects; report weekly to Fleet Manager.
