Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage projects, mentor Foreman and crews, and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability while meeting customer requirements. The role requires coordinating with crews, subcontractors, customers and engineers to maintain project standards.

The position involves outdoor work, extensive travel (100%), staffing and training of personnel, and driving projects to on-time, on-budget completion in a utility construction environment.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Demonstrated leadership of foremen and crews on projects.
• Strong safety, quality and productivity focus with OSHA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor foremen and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and manage employee relations and performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, clients and engineers to satisfy contract requirements.
• Maintain documentation, change orders, and daily logs; oversee pre-planning mobilization.
