Push Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to oversee telecom/utility construction projects nationwide. You will mentor foremen, coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage safety and quality, and drive on-time delivery while meeting budget objectives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years supervisory utility experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Expect extensive travel and collaboration with customers, engineers, and site teams.

Formación

• Five years supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Valid Driver’s License, Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate; MS Office and Google G Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct and mentor foremen and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and training to build area expertise.
• Pre-plan mobilization of crews, equipment and materials.
• Document and maintain daily project logs and change orders.
