Job summary

Renovo Construction, an affiliate of DLC, seeks Traveling Superintendents to lead on-site construction across multiple sites nationwide. You will supervise subcontractors, control safety programs, and ensure project documents are followed while coordinating with clients and property teams.

Ideal candidates have ground-up experience, at least 5 years in commercial supervision, knowledge of HVAC/electrical/plumbing, and are adept at scheduling and using MS Office.

Qualifications

• Ground-up construction experience is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Experience estimating for retail real estate or shopping centers.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction and supervision of subcontractors, vendors and laborers.
• Plan, oversee, and maintain site safety and organization (OSHA compliant).
• Manage implementation of project documents with subcontractors.
• Create and update 2-week look-ahead schedules weekly.
• Collaborate with client and property teams to maintain critical path schedule.
