Job summary

Renovo Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee on-site construction and coordinate with subcontractors across multiple sites. You will travel frequently, managing safety, scheduling, and document control while liaising with clients and property teams.

Ideal candidates have ground-up experience, 5+ years in commercial supervision, and familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related trades.

Qualifications

• Ground-up construction experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Experience estimating for retail real estate/shopping centers.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and related trades.
• Experience scheduling work, materials, manpower, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites across the country to oversee construction activities.
• Manage on-site construction and supervise subcontractors, vendors and laborers.
• Plan, oversee and maintain site safety per OSHA requirements and organize the site.
• Manage project documents with subcontractors and ensure alignment with plans.
• Create and update the two-week look-ahead schedule weekly.
• Collaborate with clients and property teams to identify and maintain the critical path.
