Job summary

Renovo Construction, an affiliate of DLC Management Corp., is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site construction, coordinate subs and vendors, and manage safety and project documentation on retail projects. The ideal candidate has ground-up experience, 5+ years of commercial supervision, retail real estate estimating, and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Ground-up experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction supervision.
• Experience estimating for retail real estate/shopping centers.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.
• Experience scheduling work, materials, manpower, subcontractors and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction and coordination with Subcontractors, Vendors and Laborers.
• Plan, oversee and maintain site safety (OSHA) and site organization.
• Manage implementation of project documents with subcontractors.
• Create and update the 2-week lookahead each week.
• Collaborate with client and property team to maintain critical path schedule.
