Job summary

Renovo Construction, an affiliate of DLC, seeks Traveling Superintendents to lead on-site construction across retail projects nationwide. You will oversee subcontractors, vendors, and laborers, ensuring safety compliance and maintaining project documentation.

This role offers travel to various job sites and continuous project flow. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in commercial construction supervision, experience with retail centers, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Ground up experience is a MUST.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Experience estimating for retail real estate/shopping centers.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.
• Experience scheduling work, materials, manpower, subcontractors and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction with oversight of subcontractors, vendors and laborers.
• Plan, oversee and maintain site safety (OSHA requirements) and site organization.
• Manage the implementation of project documents with subcontractors.
• Create and update the 2-week look ahead every week.
• Collaborate with client and property team to identify and maintain the critical path schedule.
