Job summary

Renovo Construction, an affiliate of DLC Management, is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to manage on-site construction across multiple sites nationwide, with live-in opportunities during projects.

The role requires ground-up construction experience, at least 5 years of supervising commercial projects, and familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and scheduling crews and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Ground up experience a MUST.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Experience estimating for retail real estate/shopping centers.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.
• Experience scheduling work, materials, manpower, subcontractors and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction and oversite of Subcontractors, Vendors and Laborers.
• Plan, oversee and maintain site safety (OSHA) and site organization.
• Manage implementation of project documents with subcontractors.
• Create and update the 2-week look ahead every week.
• Collaborate with client and property team to identify and maintain critical path.
