Job summary

Renovo Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee on-site construction across various retail projects. You will manage subcontractors and vendors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project documentation while coordinating with clients and property teams across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of commercial construction supervisory experience, with exposure to retail real estate and critical path scheduling.

Qualifications

• Ground-up experience is a MUST.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Experience estimating for retail real estate/shopping centers.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.
• Experience scheduling work, materials, manpower, subcontractors and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction and oversee Subcontractors, Vendors and Laborers.
• Plan, oversee and maintain site safety (OSHA requirements) and site organization.
• Manage the implementation of project documents with subcontractors.
• Create and update the 2-week look ahead every week.
• Collaborate with client and property team to identify and maintain the critical path schedule.
