Job summary

ARCO Design/Build seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on large tilt-up projects from Raleigh, NC. You will oversee construction activities, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors and project managers to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of experience as a lead superintendent on tilt-up construction projects, preferably 100k sf or more.
• Ability to manage construction and admin activities on site and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend preconstruction briefings and help plan schedule, staff, and equipment needs.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and timeline.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure integration with project schedules.
• Review requisitions, field POs, invoices, and site reports.
• Maintain daily diary and communicate progress to owner/architect representatives.
