Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale tilt-up projects. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget, while coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors from day one.

You’ll manage crews, materials, and equipment, enforce company policies, and maintain clear progress reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of experience leading ground-up construction projects.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to direct others and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to organize people, tools, and equipment and manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award reviews and receive project information for preplanning.
• Prepare schedules, organizational structure, staff, and manpower requirements.
• Direct total construction to meet specifications and schedule within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project timelines.
• Maintain daily progress reports and cost tracking documents.
• Enforce safety and quality control policies across the project.
