ARCO Design/Build in Raleigh, NC is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale ground-up projects. You will oversee day-to-day construction activities, safety, scheduling, and cost control from preconstruction through project closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5–25 years of experience with tilt-up and big-box or industrial projects, and handles coordinating subcontractors, materials, and reporting with minimal supervision.

Qualifikationen

• 5–25 years of experience leading ground-up construction projects.
• Experience with tilt-up, 100k+ sq ft projects preferred.
• Ability to manage field operations, schedules and budgets.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling software.

Aufgaben

• Attend preconstruction and planning meetings.
• Develop and manage construction schedules and staffing plans.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors and materials flow.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to project specs.
• Prepare progress and cost reports and maintain daily project diary.
• Communicate progress to owner representatives and project manager.
