ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on diverse US projects. You will manage schedules, safety, budgets, and subcontractor coordination to bring projects to completion on time and per spec.

The role requires 5+ years as a lead superintendent on tilt-up or similar work, strong decision making, and a valid driver's license. ARCO offers a competitive benefits package and bonus potential across a national footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a lead superintendent on tilt-up construction projects.
• Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines.
• Organize people, tools, and equipment and manage multiple activities.
• Demonstrated leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling programs.
• Possess a current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage field operations to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce safety, quality control, and company policies on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align work with project schedules.
• Prepare progress and cost reports reflecting actuals and forecasts.
• Inform stakeholders of schedule changes and project risks.
