Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Superintendent to manage field operations on ground-up, large-scale projects (100k+ sf), ensuring on-time completion within budget and to project specs. You will enforce safety and quality control policies while coordinating with subcontractors and the project team.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of experience leading ground-up, big box retail, cold storage and/or light industrial construction projects, 100K sq ft and above.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to manage field operations from day one and ensure project completion within schedule and budget.
• Strong safety leadership and adherence to quality control policies.

Responsibilities

• Attend post award review meetings and receive project information for preplanning.
• Develop and manage construction activity schedules, staffing, and equipment requirements.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and schedule while controlling costs.
