Job summary

Walbridge is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead and manage large-scale facility construction projects across the US. You will oversee project lifecycle from feasibility to completion, supervise craft teams, coordinate trades, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Travel will be extensive (70%+), with relocation flexibility to client sites nationwide. You will develop strategies, plans, and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of supervisory experience in facility construction technology, commercial or industrial projects.
• Experience on Commercial or Industrial projects with budgets of at least $15M.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and a valid passport; willingness to travel up to 70% or more.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction activities, determine methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules; ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate work with different crafts and departments; resolve construction problems and maintain union communications.
• Monitor safety programs; ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support schedules; document corrective actions.
