Job summary

Walbridge seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale projects across the United States. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility to completion, develop strategies, plans, and budgets, and assemble qualified teams while coordinating multiple trades. Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 8+ years supervisory experience in facility construction.
• Experience on Commercial/Industrial projects with budgets of at least $15M.
• Valid US driver's license and passport; willingness to travel 70%+.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction activities, determine methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Coordinate work across crafts and contractors; resolve problems and communicate with unions.
• Monitor safety programs; ensure materials, equipment, inspections support schedules.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align and address concerns.
• Track project progress with metrics; adjust plans to meet changing requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulations.
• Seek innovative technologies or methodologies to improve outcomes.
